I have experienced the airing of Mahabharat Bhishma and Shree Krishna dialogues in war field. We should always consider Dharma in our life with wishdom, action which includes decision making and able to bear the fruit of that decision,because until and unless you are not able to take decision you can not perform Karma. Your decision may be wrong or right. If you do not take decision in apprehension that your Karma may be fruitful or may not be fruitful to you, to your surrounding peoples,your organisation etc, then it will be considered that you have not perform any Karma. we think that we will be in bondage with our Karma and fearing that we avoid doing Karma and try to remain in Shanti (peace of mind) (Kaun in sab bandhano me pare).
But this feeling is not justified for a precious life of a human being. Lord Krishna says Bandhan se mukta hone ke liye nishkam karma karna chahiye that means one should not expect the fruit of ones Karma . So always take decision with your Dharma and consciousness and remember the Almighty. Krishna ko samjho Ram ko jano. Ram teaches how to perform ones Dharma towards your nearby people, your parents,wife,children,other relatives,friends, people at your working places,assistants etc and Krishna inspire for action to perform your Dharma.

One thing more, what I have understand that Dharma is not always static, it may change according to time,place and situation. Change is a perpetual nature of life (pariwartan jeevan ka shashwat dharma hai) so one should be flexible while taking decision according to need of time,place and situation.
